Google Keep Headers For Teachers
Raise your hand if you have used loads of sticky notes as your planner and “to do” list. I’m sure this is all too familiar to us all!
In the morning I plan out my day and stick my notes on my laptop, planner, iPad, etc. Then..they fall off in my bag or on the floor, and I never look at them again!
This year my professional goal is to have a SYSTEM FOR EFFICIENCY. A system in which I feel organized, able to leave work on time to be with my family, and all of my efforts are used for a purpose. A treasure hunt for my lost “To Do” sticky notes is not an option.
I’ve tried and tested Google Keep, and let me tell you, it is life-changing!
Google Keep Tutorial
Below is a tutorial on how to use Google Keep headers to stay organized this school year!
I show you how to:
- Start a new list
- Upload a special header card
- Create checklists
- Pin a list to the top
- Change your note color
This is all you need to become more organized and efficient this school year.
Start your first note!
Add a header image you want to use. These are not necessary but make the app more appealing to the eye and organized. I include a free google keep header download below to try out.
Find where you have your images stored.
Isn’t it beautiful 😍.
I like to use the “checkbox” option. It feels GOOD when items are checked off the list! The tasks gray out and go to the bottom of the box.
Add the tasks of your choosing. You can always go back and add more tasks later.
✅ ✅ ✅ ✅ ✅ I know we all love to get items off of our “To Do” list!
You can “pin” frequently used notes to the top of your dashboard. I like to keep my “To Do” lists at the top, since I use them the most. This is customized to your needs.
There are so many options for design. Look at all those color and pattern designs!
That is it! Now, try Google Keep out for yourself.
